WHEREAS, the City has awroved the acquisition of real property from
Mardesich Company, A Partnership for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, Mardesich Company, A Partnership, has executed a Grant of
Deed which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the city of
CUpertino, County of santa Clara, state of California, the fee title to
certain real property to be utilized for public purposes, situated in the
City of CUpertino;
All that certain real property situate in the city of CUpertino,
County of santa Clara, state of California, consisting of
approximately 0.0297 acre located on Stevens Creek Boulevard.
NOO, ~~, BE: rr RESOLVED, that the City of CUpertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
rr IS FURl'HER RESOLVED that the city Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record said Grant of Deed.
