WHERF.I\S, Mardesich ~, A Partnership, Grantor, has executed a
Grant of Easement which is in good and sufficient fonn, conveying to the
City of Olpertino, County of Santa Clara, state of California, an easement
for public utility purposes over the property situate in the City of
CUpertino, County of Santa Clara, state of California, more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part
hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of
approximately 0.0479 acre located alon;¡- Stevens Creek Boulevard and
South De1\nza Boulevard at the southwest corner of said intersection.

grant so ten1ered; and
rr IS FURlBER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.

John P. Mardesich and Sons, a partnership, to Mardesich Company, a partner-

County Records, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said Parcel One, said Point of Begin-
ning also being on a line parallel with and distant 75.00 feet southerly
measured at right angles from the monument line of Stevens Creek Boulevard;
Thence southerly along the westerly line of said Parcel One, South O· 02'
East, 1.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description;

ning also being a point on a line parallel with and distant 60.00 feet
westerly measured at right angles from the monument line of De Anza Boulevard
(formerly Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road);
Thence northerly along said parallel line North 0° 02' West, 309.29 feet to a
point on the southerly line of said tract of land described in the deed from
Archibald Wilson et UX;
