Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for sending this over. We have received the submittal materials and the City checklist.
Usually, it is 4 weeks turnaround time for the first review, but we can attempt to submit on Monday,
February 23rd.
For fee structure, given the size and complexity of this final map.
Fourteen lots, condominium configuration, and multiple review cycles.
It is difficult to reliably estimate a fixed fee at this stage.
Unlike Parcel Maps, the effort for a final map review can vary significantly based on the number of
comments,
revisions, and applicant’s review responses that arise after first submittal.
We recommend proceeding on a Time-and-Materials (T&M) basis with an initial budget of $7,500 for
the first review and comment cycle.
After completion of the first review and receipt of City comments,
we can provide a clear assessment of remaining effort and request additional authorization as
needed to carry the map through subsequent reviews, ASR, CO review, and final signing.
Happy to jump on a quick call as well if you want to walk through the process.
We can do a quick Teams meeting if you are available this afternoon or tomorrow.

Hi Ben,
We have our 1st final map to route to BKF for review under our newly executed Master Agreement. I
have attached the City’s standard map application checklist and statements for your reference. Let
me know when you have a moment to have a quick call.
The project address is 10065 E Estates Dr (APN 369-06-002 to -004). The development consists of
resubdividing the existing 3 lots to 14 lots (10 residential and 4 roadway) to provide 55 townhome-
style condominium units. Please use the link below to access the submittal material.
Final Map 1st Sub
A few things I’ll need from you –
Please confirm receipt and whether a turnaround time of Monday, February 23 is possible.
Please provide a quote for this final map review. This would include the complete review, from
beginning through signing the map. I will then prepare a Service Order that will be routed for
signature.
