ALLOW A TOTAL SIGN AREA EQUALLING AN AMOUNT IN EXCESS
OF THAT PERMITTED BY THE SIGN ORDINANCE. BY SATISFYING
CONDITIONS B THROUGH E OF SECTION 10.4 OF THE SIGN ORDINANCE.
APPROVAL IS RECOMMENDED AS INDICATED ON EXHIBITS F 1st REVISION
(MODIFIED) AND F-1.
