Box 5999, San Jose, California 95051 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest corner of Homestead Road and Wolfe Road CONDITIONS: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8. That the "Auto Care" sign addition to the existing freestanding sign shall be limited to six (6) ft. in length two (2) ft. in height. 9.- That the existing "Service is our Business" sign is considered part of the approved sign program for this site, provided that the applicant obtain a valid building permit for this sign from the City..
