PROPERTY OWNER: Mary Backman APPLICANT: Shell Oil Company ADDRESS: P.O. Box 5999, San Jose, California 95051 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of De Anza Boulevard and Bollinger Road CONDITIONS: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8. That all illegal signs currently existing on the site shall be removed prior to issuance of any building permits for the approved freestanding sign addition. 9. That the window mounted "Swenson's Shell Service" and building mounted "Service is our Business" signs shall be considered part of the approved sign program for this site, provided that the applicant obtain valid building permits from the City for these signs.
