OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF EXCEPTION TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE TO ALLOW A
SECOND GROUND SIGN ON A SINGLE LOT AS INDICATED
ON EXHIBIT F, F-1.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: South side of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately
450 ft. east of the intersection of Stevens Creek
Boulevard and Stelling Road.

1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. The landscape strip between the two westerly most curb cuts as shown on
Exhibit F-1 shall be planted with shrubs, subject to staff review.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
