OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
A SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN OFFICE COMPLEX LOCATED ON
STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD AS INDICATED ON EXHIBITS
F 1st REVISION, F-1, F-2, F-3 Sheets 1 through 3
and F-4.
PROPERTY OWNER: Stevens Creek Center
APPLICANT: Cal Coast Sign Company
ADDRESS: 845 Reed Street, Santa Clara, California 95050
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Between Stevens Creek Boulevard and Alves Drive
approximately 150 ft. west of Saich Way

CONDITIONS:
1-7. _Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the ground sign should not be located within the vehicular line
of sight of the Stevens Creek Boulevard driveway entrance to the complex.
9. The staff shall review the lighting intensity of the approved single -faced
building mounted sign when installation is completed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of May, 1976, at an adjourned regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
