RESOLUTION O. 617
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CL'PERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING FOR
MODIFICATION OF AN EXISTING SERVICE STATION SITE
AS INDICATED ON EXHIBITS A, and B.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest corner of Stelling Road and McClellan Road
ZONE: CG (General Commercial)
CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the applicant shall work with the City staff regarding the possibility
of improving the existing bike lane circulation located on the McClellan
Road frontage of this property.
9. That all "D" shrubs listed on Exhibit A shall be changed to a 5 —gallon
size.
10. That the existing trash enclosure shall be screened with landscaping
and painted to be compatible with the existing fence located around
the south and western portions of the property.
11. That the lighting standard shall be subject to staff approval at the
building permit stage and that the light intensity shall be subject
to City review after installation.
12. That the landscaping located around the perimeter of the driveway shall
be mounded to a height of approximately 2 ft. subject to the staff approval
at the building permit stage.
13. That in the event that a transformer is required, it shall be suitably
landscaped and screened subject to staff approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 1976, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
