OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING, GRADING, LIGHTING
AND SIGNING FOR A THREE PHASE EXPANSION OF A
CHURCH FACILITY AS INDICATED ON EXHIBITS A, B, B-1,
B-2, C, and E.

CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That all planting adjacent to a public street shall be of a 5 -gallon
minimum variety.
9. That the final configuration of the lighting plan is subject to staff
approval to ensure no obtrusion into the surrounding residential
neighborhood.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 1976, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
