PROPERTY OWNER: Syntex Corporation APPLICANT: Diamond Signs, Inc. ADDRESS: 757 Commercial Street, San Jose, California 95112 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: West Valley Industrial Park on the east and west side of Bubb Road approximately 200 ft. southerly of Stevens Creek Boulevard ZONE: ML (Light Industrial) CONDITIONS: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8. That the single ground sign approved as an exception to the sign ordinance for the east side of Bubb Road is limited to 66 inches in width and 18 inches in height and is to be of the same general design and color as indicated on Exhibit F subject to staff approval. 9. That the building mounted sign consisting of individual wooden letters affixed to Building No. 1 of this complex is to remain. 10. That all existing signs on the site remaining from previous tenancy are to be removed by the applicant. 11.
