OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECONNDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING, GRADING -AND LIGHTING
FOR A SAVINGS AND LOAN FACILITY AS INDICATED ON
E GiIBITS A, B, B-1, C, C-1, and E.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Within the southeast quadrant of the intersection of
Miller Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard

CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the three (3) liquidambar trees along the eastern line of the
project shall be changed to four ( trees of an evergreen type
subject to the approval of the staff.
9. That the lighting is approved as modified on Exhibit E-1, subject to
the review at the building permit stage by the staff. The lighting
intensity shall be subject to review by the City after installation.
10. That the one -gallon shrubs along Miller Avenue shall be changed to
five -gallon shrubs as per the landscaping guidelines.
11. That the signing portion of this application is continued.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of April, 1976, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
