HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 610RC -51,075.44 RESOLUTION NO. 610 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING, GRADING AND LIGHTING FOR A BANKING FACILITY, RACQUET BALL FACILITY AND LANDSCAPE AREA FOR FUTURE TENNIS COURTS FOR THE VALLCO VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER AS INDICATED ON EXHIBITS A, B, B-1, B-2, C, D, E and E-1. PROPERTY OWNER: Vallco Park, Ltd. APPLICANT:. Vallco Park, Ltd. ADDRESS: P.O. Drawer V, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: West side of Wolfe Road immediately south of the existing Vallco Village Shopping Center. ZONE: P (Planned Development with Professional Office, commercial and Recreational Use Intent) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ CONDITIONS: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8. That the tennis court area be planted with a grass or ground cover material and watered by automatic sprinklers until such time as the tennis courts are constructed. 9. That the lighting intensity and coverage shall be subject to review by the City after installation to ensure that it does not encroach upon the residential area to the west. 10. That the signing and tennis courts are not a part of this application. 11. That the roof material on Building B shall utilize a cedar shingle of a type and material similar to the remainder of the Center. 12. That any sprinkler pipes located under the roof overhang shall be painted to match the underside color of the roof overhang. 13. That the applicant shall have the option of extending the fence along the westerly property line to the existing curb along Linnet Way. 14. That the applicant shall submit a revised landscaping plan for the area around the window facility at the existing First National Bank offices subject to the approval of the staff at the building permit stage. 15.
