OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL
OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND GRADING FOR
A THREE UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX AS INDICATED ON
EXHIBITS A, B AND C.

CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the 18" pepper tree located on the eastern property line be saved
and incorporated into the landscaping plan. The applicant shall place
a protective wooded fence/rail around the base of the tree during construction.
9. That the on -site driveways shall utilize a concrete paving material.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
