OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL. COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING•APPROVAL OF
MODIFICATION OF ARCHITECTURE RELATIVE TO THE
SOUTH -FACING BAY WINDOW STRUCTURES ON WOLFE
ROAD OVERCROSSING. SAID REQUEST IS TO REPLACE
THE GLASS PANELS FORMERLY APPROVED WITH
STEEL PANELS ON THE ROOF ELEMENT OF SAID SOUTH -
FACING BAY WINDOWS.

CONDITION:
That the applicant show that the reflective materials placed on both the north
and south side of the overpass structure will not pose a hazard to motorists
on Wolfe Road including the 280 overpass due to reflection of the sun off of
any of the materials.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 1976, at a special meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
