(A & W) ADDRESS: 180 Constitution Drive #3, Menlo Park, California 94025 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Portal Avenue ZONE: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CG (General Commercial) CONDITIONS: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8. That approval is granted for the landscaping specifics as proposed subject to the elimination of the southerly driveway on Portal Avenue and replacement with similar landscaping in this area. 9. That the traffic engineer provide an appropriate on -site flow and parking to be consistent with closing the southerly Portal Avenue driveway. The traffic circulation pattern should flow as acceptably as the existing flow. 10. That the raphiolepis indica rosea is to be replaced with another variety which will grow to a height of 6 to 7 feet.
