OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF A SIGN PLAN FOR AN EXISTING LIQUOR STORE AS
INDICATED ON EXHIBIT F.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Westerly side of De Anza Boulevard between Rodrigues Avenue
and Sunrise Drive

CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the letters on both the freestanding sign and the building mounted
sign shall be reduced proportionately by twenty-five per cent (25%).
9. That the red plexiglass color number 2115 used on the Andrea's Delicatessen
sign also be used on this sign.
1O. That the building wall be repainted to match the existing building upon
removal of the existing building mounted signs.
