OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SIGNING AND LIGHTING FOR A JAPANESE RESTAURANT
AS INDICATED ON EXHIBITS C 1st REVISION AND F.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of Bandley Drive and Alves Drive

CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the sign be placed outside the forty (40) ft. triangle with the final
location subject to approval of the staff.
9. That the colors of the sign, as represented on Exhibit F, be submitted to
the staff for review prior to the issuance of a sign permit from the
building department.
10. That the intensity of the lighting for the sign and the parking lot lights
be subject to review by the staff.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 1976, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
