SITE ARCHITECTURE, GRADING FOR A JAPANESE RESTAURANT
AS INDICATED ON EXHIBITS A, B, B-1, C AND C-1.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: At the northeast corner of Bandley Drive and Alves
Drive.
ZONE: CG (General Commercial)

Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the meandering sidewalk indicated on plan shall be reviewed
by the Public Works Department to insure a suitable configuration
and that wheelchair ramps for the handicapped at the corner of
Alves and Bandley Drives be properly provided as per the Public
Works regulations.
9. That the Monterey Pine indicated on the northern property line
which blocks the easterly most driveway of the property be moved to
a suitable location.
10. That the Bandley Avenue frontage be planted with taller shrubs and
mounding which will screen the view of the cars in the parking lot.
The plants shall be a minimum of five (5) gallons and subject to the
approval of staff.
11. That the lighting and signing portion is to be continued to allow
the applicant time to present more detailed information.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January, 1976, at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
