OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPING- FOR AN EXISTING
RESTAURANT AS INDICATED ON EXHIBITS A 1ST REVISION
AND A -l.

Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8, That the applicant is to sign an appropriate statement, approved by
the City Attorney, agreeing to -improve the parking aisles, circulation
system and the landscaping between the subject property and any
adjoining parcels at such time as the City can obtain the cooperation
to do the same from adjacent property owners. ti
9. That the northerly driveway on Blaney Avenue be closed. In its place,
the applicant shall construct a curb, gutter and sidewalk to City standards
and extend the planter area as shown on Exhibit A -l. The plant types
used on the Stevens Creek Boulevard planter shall be continued into this
area.
10. A street tree acceptable to the Public Works staff shall be planted in the
southerly tree well on Blaney Avenue.
11. The one-way and two-way circulation drives should be clearly marked on the
pavement for easy driver identification.
12. That additional shrubs which will reach a height of four (4) ft. are to
be planted in boxes on the northern facade of the building.
13. That the plant. type labeled "3 (Raphiolepsis) is to be changed to plant
type labeled #2 (Pittosporum Tobira) or some other plant of similar
characteristics.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January, 1976, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
