OF THE CITY OF CLTERTINO RECONNENDING APPROVAL
OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING, GRADING, LIGHTING
AND SIGNING FORA FAST-FOOD RESTAURANT AS INDICATED
ON EXHIBITS A 1ST REVISION, B 1ST REVISION, C, D AND
F 1ST REVISION.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southeast corner of Homestead Road and Stelling Road
ZONE: P (Planned Development with Recreation and Commercial
use intent)
Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the exterior ladder to the roof be located inside the building
providing that. all building and fire codes can be met. If the ladder
must be located on the outside it shall be_treatedin a suitable
manner subject to the approval of the staff. -
9. That only one flag pole is permitted which is no taller than. twenty (20)
feet for the purposes of displaying a Government flag.
10. That the architectural materials for the building be installed as.
represented on Exhibit B 1st Revision. .
11. That the intensity of the color for the 'NfcDonald's sign shall be the
same as Brunswick and subject to review by the staff after installation
of said sign.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January, 1976, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
