A SIGN EXCEPTION FOR JERRY'S PANTS AND THINGS TO
ALLOW TWO WALL SIGNS THE TOTAL OF WHICH EXCEEDS
THE AMOUNT OF AREA PERMITTED UNDER SECTION 7.021
OF THE SIGN ORDINANCE AS INDICATED ON EXHIBITS
F AND F-1.

ADDRESS: 20690 Stevens Creek Blvd., Cupertino, CA 95014
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Crossroads Shopping Center at the southwest corner of
Stevens Creek Boulevard and Dc Anza Boulevard.
ZONE: CG (General Commercial)
Conditions and Further Findings:
1. The applicant meets the conditions of section 10.4 of the ordinance_
by demonstrating that he cannot yield a reasonable return without the
second sign.
2. The size of the second sign conforms to the sign program for the center
which was established prior to the applicant's locating in the shopping
center. Conformance to the program puts the sign area in excess of the
allotted square footage but provides for the aesthetic compatability of
the sign with the center.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January, 1976, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City_ of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
