OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COH`IITTEE
OF THE CITY OF-CUPERTINO recommending approval
of site, architecture, landscaping, grading and
lighting for a six unit single-family residential
cluster project as indicated on Exhibits A, B,
B -1, B-2 and C.

Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard,Conditions.
8. That the applicant is to pursue a lighting plan with the City staff to
provide low intensity lighting for each unit as well as the parking area.
9. That the traffic circulation is to be clearly marked for one-way circula-
tion on the private drive.
10. That landscape screening shall be added to the easterly boundary line of
Lot 4 to protect against privacy intrusion between this project and the
neighboring dwelling unit to be approved by the City staff at the building
permit stage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January, 1976, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
