Re: Tessellations application for Special Event Permit - Fall Music Concert on December
11, 2025, 8 pm to 10 pm.
To whom it may concern,
We will be having a concert for our students to showcase what they have learned during the
fall elective. The event is taking place indoors with no activities outside our MPR. Only the
families of our 4th to 8th graders are invited as the little ones won’t be performing yet. The
concert will take place at Tessellations, our usual place of business and we will not be
selling any goods at that event. We would love to open this event to our neighboring
community.
As requested in the permit application, here is the additional information in regards to our
upcoming Fall Music Concert:
Date/Time/Contact Person: The actual event is on Thursday, December 11th from 8pm to
10:00pm . The contact person is: Caroline Gupta, Director of Operations at Tessellations cell.:

Guest & Overflow Parking
Primary guest parking will be in the school’s front lot and along Yorkshire Drive (school side
only). Additional overflow parking is available on the school’s blacktop. Please refer to the
maps below and the detailed parking map attached to this email.
To help reduce traffic, we encourage guests to carpool whenever possible.
We’ve posted signage at the corner of Folkstone and Yorkshire (see poster image below) to
prevent parking in that area, and overflow parking signs will also be provided.
We anticipate hosting up to 200 people, with parking capacity as follows:
● 40 spots in the front lot
● 15 along Yorkshire Drive
● 20 standard blacktop spots
● 50 overflow spots on the blacktop, as outlined in the attached detailed map.
ADA Accessibility & Restrooms: Our facility is ADA compliant and we have plenty of
restrooms to accommodate all the participants.
