WHEREAS, there has been submitted to staff a lot line adjustment for
lands of Stocklmeir at the northeast comer of Stevens Creek Boulevard and
CUpertino Road; and more particularly described in the attached Exhibits
"A" and "B"; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in a=ràance with Section 66412(d) of the SUbdivision Map
Act, this adjustment may be :made without filin;J a parcel map;
NOO', 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council of the City of
CUpertino hereby hereby approves the corrected lot line adjustment and
exenpts it from the requirements of the parcel map.
