A RESOIDTION OF THE CITY CXJONCIL OF THE CITY OF aJPERl'INO
AUIHORIZlliG EXEaJ'I'ION OF IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT BEIWEEN THE
CITY OF aJPERl'INO AND UB/WX) PEREZ; STEVENS CREEK '
ÐJULEVARD AND PRAOO VISTA DRIVE
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the city Council an agreement for
the iltprovement of the street frontage on stevens Creek Boulevard at Prado
vista Drive; and
WHEREAS, said iltprovement will be constructed by the City as part of a
larger project; and good and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposits as set
forth in Exhibit "A" having been presented for the faithful perfonnance of
said work and the canying out of said agreement;
MOO, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the agreement herein referred to in behalf of
the City of CUpertino.
