Hey Eddy,
I just received the Public Works comments (attached), and I'm including my previous planning comments as well. When
you are ready to submit, please let me know. I'll be out of the office starting September 4th -17th, but I have another
planner, Elizabeth who is familiar with the project if you decide to move forward while I'm gone.
Planning comments:
1. Interior garage clearance is 20'X20'. Relocated washer and dryer outside area.
2. List all trees proposed for removal and those proposed to remain. List species type, and size, measured diameter
4'-6" above grade.
3. Recommend lowering the plate height of the garage to 8'-0". This will decrease the prominence of the garage.
Also, make sure that when you submit, that the story poles are accurate, and the contractor has signed off on the poles
accuracy. The Notice board also needs to go up when you submit, so that the planner can go out to the site to confirm
before noticing.
Note: Please review the entire 2 -story residential permit prior to submittal.
