I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. APPLICANT(S): City of Cupertino LOCATION: APN: 326-27-053, Mary Avenue Right-of-Way DESCRIPTION: To consider the vacation of a portion of right of way located along the westerly edge of Mary Avenue (APN 326-27-053). The map and legal description are on file in the City Clerk’s office at Cupertino City Hall, 10300 Torre Avenue. A copy of the map and legal description are available for public review. Please contact the City Clerk’s office at cityclerk@cupertino.gov to make viewing arrangements. HEARING DATE: Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 6:45 p.m. ADDRESS: Council Chamber in the Community Hall, City of Cupertino, 10350 Torre Avenue and via teleconference. IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you wish to challenge the City Council’s action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written or electronic correspondence delivered to the City of Cupertino City Hall 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, CA 95014 at, or prior to, the meeting.
