1. Application HC -51,395.1 - May Investment Company (Stocklmeir Property)
requesting approval of landscaping and lighting for a 28 single-family
cluster residential development located at the southeast corner of the
intersection of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Scenic Boulevard. Continued
from H -Control meeting of September 8, 1976.
2. Application HC -51,403.1 - Any Mountain, Ltd. (Eldon R. Hoffman) requesting
approval of site, architecture, landscaping, grading, lighting and signing
for a commercial building located at the southwest corner of the inter-
section of North De Anza Boulevard and Mariani Drive.
3. Application HC -51,299.4 - California Good Earth, Inc. requesting approval of
a sign program for a restaurant facility located on the north side of Stevens
Creek Boulevard, west of Saich Way. Continued from H -Control meeting of
September 23, 1976.
4. Application HC -51,391.1 - B.A.S. Homes, Inc. (MacKay & Somps) requesting
approval of architecture for 39 unit single-family subdivision located
easterly and adjacent to North De Anza Boulevard approximately 625 ft.
northerly of the intersection of Stevens Creek Boulevard and North De Anza
Boulevard.

5. Application HC -51,043.1 - Taube Associates, Inc. (Valley Green Apartments)
requesting exception to Section 6.061 of the Sign Ordinance No. 353 to
permit installation of a portable off -site directional sign for a multi-
unit dwelling complex. If approved, said portable sign would be located
on the northwest corner of the intersection of De Anza Boulevard and
Valley Green Drive. Continued from H -Control meeting of September 23, 1976.
