INFORMAL REVIEW OF PLANNED DEVELOPMENT USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS:
1. 18-U-76 Arnold Fluckiger: Construction of a mini warehouse facility
located in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of Valley Green
Drive and North De Anza Boulevard.
2. 19-U-76 Eldon R. Hoffman/Any Mountain, Ltd.: Construction of 15,000
sq. ft. of commercial space located at the southwest corner of the
intersection of North De Anza Boulevard and Mariani Drive.

3. Application HC -51,342.3 - Winchell's Donut House requesting exception to the
following sections of the City Sign Ordinance: Section 6.042 to allow more
than one ground sign on a single lot; Section 6.044 to allow a ground sign
to project over a portion of the public right of way; Section 7.021(a) to allow
a sign area in excess of three percent (3%) of the gross floor area of a
commercial structure. Said business is located on the southwest corner of the
intersection of Stevens Creek Boulevard and East Estates Drive within the
Brentwood Market Shopping Center. Continued from H -Control meeting of

4. Application HC -51,392.1 - Sobrato-Berg requesting approval of architecture and
landscaping for an industrial/office complex located easterly of and adjacent
to North De Anza Boulevard and extending southerly from the intersection of
North De Anza Boulevard and Route 280 for a distance of approximately 2,500 ft.

5. Application HC -51,043.1 - Taube Associates Inc. (Valley Green Apartments)
requesting exception to Section 6.061 of Sign Ordinance No. 353 to permit
installation of a portable off -site directional sign for a multi -unit dwelling
complex. If approved, said portable sign would be located on the northwest
corner of the intersection of De Anza Boulevard and Valley Green Drive.

6. Application HC -51,002.41 - Leland R. Appleberry requesting approval of site,
architecture, landscaping, grading and lighting for a triplex located in Tract
#2769, Lot 51, La Cresta Unit #2, Alpine Drive.
7. Application HC -51,299.4 - California Good Earth, Inc. requesting approval of a
sign program for a restaurant facility located on the north side of Stevens
Creek Boulevard, west of Saich Way.
