Application HC -51,342.3 - Winchell's Donut House requesting exception to the following section of the City Sign Ordinance: Section 6.042 to allow more than one ground sign on a single lot; Section 6.044 to allow a ground sign to project over a portion of the public right of way; Section 7.021(a) to allow a sign area in excess of three percent (3%) of the gross floor area of a commercial structure.
