PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application HC -51,015.19 - Syd Jacobs, DBA Jerry's Pants and Things requesting
exception to Section 7.021 of the Sign Ordinance to allow more sign area than
permitted located in the Crossroads Shopping Center at the southwest corner of
Stevens Creek Boulevard and De Anza Boulevard. Continued from H -Control meeting
of December 18, 1975.
2. Application HC -51,373.1 - Burdick Development Company requesting approval of
site, architecture, landscaping and grading for six single-family residences
located southerly of and adjacent to Rodrigues Avenue approximately 750 ft.
westerly of the intersection of Rodrigues Avenue and Blaney Avenue.
3. Application HC -51,075.43 - Watkins -Johnson Company requesting approval of site,
architecture, landscaping, grading and lighting for the first phase of a three
building light industrial complex located adjacent to and southerly of
Pruneridge Avenue approximately 500 ft. westerly of Tantau Avenue.
4. Application HC -51,338.1 - Eureka Federal Savings and Loan Association of San
Francisco requesting approval of site, architecture, landscaping and grading
for a 184 unit apartment complex located at the western terminus of Voss Avenue.
5. Application HC -51,374.1 - Self Sery Food Corporation (Burger Pit) requesting
approval of the modification of architecture and landscaping for an existing
restaurant located at the southwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and
Blaney Avenue.
