IDRKING DRAWINGS FOR THE REMJDEL AND
EXPANSION OF A RESIDENCE Nr

WHEREAS, on SeptJ'!JJ1hPr 2, 1986, the City Council approved loaning Adults
towards Indepen:Jent Living a maximum of $10,000;
WHEREAS, the intent of said loan is to enable Adults towards In:leperxlent
Living to develop working drawings for the rem:xiel and expansion of a
residence benefiting disabled adults; and
WHEREAS, the subject agreement documents the tenns and intent of said
loan.
NCM, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
That the City Council of the City of CUpertino hereby approves and
authorizes the Mayor to sign said Agreement.
PASSED AND AOOPI'ED this 17th day of November, 1986, at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the city of CUpertino, state of California, by the
following roll vote:
