LOCATED ON 'lUIA IANE; DEVEIOPER, JAMES C. HOFFMAN
AND JENAY HOFFMAN; .AJ:JIHORIZING SIGNING OF FINAL MAP AND
IMPROVEMENT PIANS; .AJ:JIHORIZING '!HE EXEaJI'ION OF AGREEMENT IN
CDNNECl'ION '!HEREWI'lH
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and
for authorization to record final map of Tract No. 7277, residential
development, located on 'l\I1a Lane showing certain avenues, drives, places,
and roads by James C. Hoffman and Jenay A. Hoffman; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed
agreement for the construction of streets, ClIJ:bs, and gutters, and for
other :iJtprovements, and gocxl and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposits as
set forth in Exhibit "A" having been presented for the faithful
performance of said 1IIOrk and the canying out of said agreement; and said
map, agreement and bonds having been approved by the City Attorney;
NCM, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED '!HAT
a. Said parcel map and h1provement plans of Tract No. 7277, be and
the same are hereby approved.
b. '!he offer of dedication for roadway and for ea_nts is hereby
acx:epted.
c. '!he City En:Jineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign said final map.
d. '!he City En:Jineer is hereby authorized to sign the :iJtprovement
plans .
e. '!he Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
agreement herein referred to.
