OF INSPIRATION HEIGRI'S, AICAIDE ROAD
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to staff a lot line adjustment
between lots 213 and 217 of section 217, and IIv:>re particularly described
in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B"; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with section 66412 (d) of the SUbdivision Map
Act, this adjustment may be made without filin;¡' a parcel map;
MOO, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
CUpertino hereby hereby approves the aforementioned lot line adjustment
and exenpts it from the requirements of the parcel map subject to
modification of the structure on lot 217 such that it shall not be a
second ("granny") unit.

Beginning at the northeast corner of said Section 217; thence from said
Point of Beginning along the east line thereof South 45.00 feet; thence
parallel with the north liBe of said Section 217 N89040'OO'1V 74.12 feet
to a point which bears S89 40' OO"E 26.00 feet from the west line of said
Section 217; thence parallel with said west line North 45.00 fees to the
