WHEREAS, Paul M. ~ and Jo AIm~, Grantor, have executed a
Grant of Easement which is in good and sufficient form, conveying to the
City of CUpertino, County of Santa Clara, state of California, an easement
for storm drain purposes a<ler the property situate in the city of
CUpertino, COUnty of Santa Clara, state of California, rore particularly
described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit liB", attached hereto and made a part
hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino,
County of santa Clara, state of California, consisting of
approximately 0.007 acre 1=ated in property on Martinwood Avenue,
easement adjacent to Regnart creek.
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city of CUpertino accept said
grant so ten:1ered; and
IT IS FURlliER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.

A portion of Parcel Two as shown upon that certain Grant Deed from Gary T. Peterson
and Patricia C. Peterson, to Paul M. Lynch and JoAnn Lynch, recorded in Book E 764
of Official Records at Page 486, Santa Clara County Records:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of said Parcel Two of the Lands of Lynch,
