BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of CUpertino:
WHEREAS, the Council in1:enjs to approve the cancellation of a
williamson Act Contract relatÌIxJ to real property described on the
attached Exhibit "A" (hereinafter "territory") which Contract was recorded
APril 12, 1977 in Book C732, pages 499-509 et seq. of Official Records of
the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, state of California; and
WHEREAS, the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as amended
(CEXJA), requires that in the approval of a project for which a Negative
Declaration has been prepared, the decision making I:xx1y IllUSt review said
Negative Declaration; and
WHEREAS, a project for such territory was the subject of a Negative
Declaration recammended for Council approval by the Enviromnental Review
Conunittee and the Plannb1g Conunission;
N~, 'IHEREFORE, be it resolved that the Council does hereby:
1. Identify the Project that is mentioned in this resolution as the
cancellation of a Williamson Act Contract and disestablishing the
Agricultural Preserve which relates to the real property described on
the attached Exhibit "A" (Am 357-19-001).
2. Declares that cancellation of the contract and the carryÌIxJ out of
said project in its approval form will not have a significant effect
on the enviromnent.

City of CUpertino this ~ day of January , 1987 by the followÌIxJ
