times herein mentioned was an employee / agent of the City of Cupertino.
• That on February 4, 2025 she deposited in the United States Post Office, California, a
Notice of Public Hearing, a copy of which is attached hereto.
• That said mailing list has been provided by the Santa Clara County Department of
Agriculture and lists the owners of property who are entitled to Notice of Hearing.
• That on said day, there was a regular communication by Unites States mail between
Cupertino, California and the addresses shown on the attached mailing list.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Cupertino will conduct a public
hearing on the matter described below in the Council Chamber in the Community Hall,
City of Cupertino, 10350 Torre Avenue and via teleconference.
APPLICATION NO(S): Z-2024-001, EA-2024-001
APPLICANT(S): City of Cupertino
LOCATION: 20865 McClellan Road, APN: 359 13 019
DESCRIPTION: Zoning Map Amendment to correct the zoning of a Priority Housing
Element Site (Site no. 24) located on McClellan Road from R-3 to R-
3/TH for consistency with the City's General Plan and Housing
Element.
The Planning Commission considered this item at its regular meeting
on December 10, 2024 and adopted Resolution No. 2024-15
recommending approval of the proposed zoning map amendment
with a 3-2 (Madhdhipatla and Scharf: No).
Environmental Recommendation: Subject to Government Code
section 65759(a) and exempt from CEQA under Section
15061(b)(3).
All environmental documents for the described applications are
available for public review at the Cupertino Community
Development Department, 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino,
California, 95014.
HEARING DATE: Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 6:45 p.m.
ADDRESS: Council Chamber in the Community Hall, City of Cupertino, 10350
Torre Avenue and via teleconference.
