• That she is a citizen of the United States, over the age of 18 years, and that at all
times herein mentioned was an employee / agent of the City of Cupertino.
• That on April 24, 2025 she deposited in the United States Post Office, California, a
Notice of Public Hearing, a copy of which is attached hereto.
• That said mailing list has been provided by the Santa Clara County Department of
Agriculture and lists the owners of property who are entitled to Notice of Hearing.
• That on said day, there was a regular communication by Unites States mail between
Cupertino, California and the addresses shown on the attached mailing list.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Cupertino will conduct a public
hearing on the matter described below in the Council Chamber in the Community Hall,
City of Cupertino, 10350 Torre Avenue and via teleconference.
APPLICATION.NO(S): M-2024-003 & ASA-2024-003
APPLICANT(S): Cascade Zak (Related California)
LOCATION: 21267 Stevens Creek Boulevard (A.P.N.: 326 27 048)
DESCRIPTION: Development Permit . Modification and Architectural & Site
Approval to modify the previously approved Westport Project
including, but not limited to, dwelling count and ground floor retail,
and Park Land Dedication Fees
The Planning Commission considered this item at its regular meeting
on April 22, 2025, and with a 5-0 vote adopted Resolution No. 2025-
006 recommending adoption of an addendum to the EIR and
approval of the development permit amendment (M-2024-003)
and adopted Resolution No. 25-005 recommending approval of the
architectural and site approval permit (ASA-2024-003).
An addendum to the Final EIR (State Clearinghouse 2019070377)
was prepared under CEQA Guidelines section 15164.
HEARING DATE: Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 6:45 p.m.
ADDRESS: Council Chamber in the Community Hall, City of Cupertino, 10350
Torre Avenue and via teleconference.
