Melissa Robertson, Administrative Assistant, declares as follows:
• That she is a citizen of the United States, over the age of 18 years, and that at all
times herein mentioned was an employee / agent of the City of Cupertino.
• That on July 8, 2025 she deposited in the United States Post Office, California, a
Notice of Public Hearing, a copy of which is attached hereto.
• That said mailing list has been provided by the Santa Clara County Department of
Agriculture and lists the owners of property who are entitled to Notice of Hearing.
• That on said day, there was a regular communication by Unites States mail between
Cupertino, California and the addresses shown on the attached mailing list.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cupertino City Council will hold a public hearing on the matter
described below. Members of the public will be able to observe and address the meeting telephonically or
otherwise electronically from the City's website through procedures that will be detailed in the published
meeting agenda. If you are unable to attend, your comments are welcomed at citycouncil@cul2ertino.gov
and planning@cupertino.gov. Emailed comments should be received by 4:00 pm on the day of the meeting.

units for Developmentally Disabled individuals (IDD) on City -owned property along Mary Avenue

Effective January 1, 2023, Government Code Section 65103.5 (SB 1214) limits the distribution of copyrighted material associated
with the review of development projects. Members of the public wishing to view plans that cannot otherwise be distributed under
SB 1214 may make an appointment with the Planning Division to view them at City Hall by sending an email to
planning@ciipertino.org. Plans will also be made available digitally during the hearing to consider the proposal.
Please note that City Council policy is to allow an applicant and groups to speak for 10 minutes and individuals to speak for up
to 3 minutes. If you challenge the action of the City Council in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or
someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Cupertino
at, or prior to, the public hearing.
NOTE TO OWNERS OF RECORD: This notice is sent to owners of real property as shown on the last tax assessment roll.
Tenants are not necessarily notified.
