The Planning Commission considered this at its regular meeting on
December 9, 2025, and with a 5-0 vote that the City Council
approve the Development Permit (Resolution No. 2025-25),
Architectural & Site Approval Permit (Resolution No. 2025-26),
Tentative Map (Resolution No. 2025-27), Tree Removal Permit
(Resolution No. 25-28) and Use Permit (Resolution No. 2025-29).
Environmental Recommendation Statutory exemption pursuant to
Public Resources Code Section 21080.66.
HEARING DATE: Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 6:45 p.m.
ADDRESS: Council Chamber in the Community Hall, City of Cupertino, 10350
Torre Avenue and via teleconference.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you wish to challenge the City Council's action in court, you may
be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice, or in written or electronic correspondence delivered to the City of
Cupertino City Hall 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, CA 95014 at, or prior to, the meeting.
Persons needing special assistance to attend the meeting under the Americans with
Disabilities Act should email citvclerk@cupertino.gov or call 408-777-3200 at least 48 hours
prior to the public meetings to ensure their needs can be appropriately accommodated.
