Environmental Recommendation Statutory exemption pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21080.66. HEARING DATE: Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 6:45 p.m. ADDRESS: Council Chamber in the Community Hall, City of Cupertino, 10350 Torre Avenue and via teleconference.
