HILLSIDE GRADING SHALL BE PERFORMED BETWEEN OCTOBER 1 AND APRIL 15.
8) TO INITIATE RELEASE OF BONDS, CONTACT THE PUBLIC WORKS INSPECTOR FOR FINAL INSPECTION.
9) ALL DOWNSPOUTS TO BE RELEASED TO THE GROUND SURFACE, DIRECTED AWAY FROM BUILDING FOUNDATIONS AND DIRECTED TO

SIGNED, AND DATED CF2R MUST BE POSTED AT THE BUILDING SITE FOR REVIEW BY THE ENFORCEMENT AGENCY IN
CONJUNCTION WITH REQUESTS FOR FINAL INSPECTION FOR THE BUILDING. COPIES OF THE REGISTERED CF2R FORMS SHALL
BE PROVIDED TO THE HOMEOWNER.
THE CERTIFICATE OF INSTALLATION (CF2R) IS SEPARATED INTO:

SANITARY DISTRICT

5. BUILDER/CONTRACTOR:
• RESPONSIBILITY FOR METHOD AND MANNER OF CONSTRUCTION AND FOR ALL JOB SITE
SAFETY DURING CONSTRUCTION.
• SHALL BE SOLELY AND COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE FOR METHOD & MANNER OF ALL
WATERPROOFING. BUILDER/CONTRACTOR SHALL REFER TO SOIL REPORT, GRADING &
DRAINAGE PLAN, AND ALL WATERPROOFING WORK TO BE PERFORMED BY NHQ CERTIFIED
WATERPROOFING COMPANY.
• SHALL PROVIDE THE BUILDING OWNER, MANAGER, AND THE ORIGINAL OCCUPANTS A LIST OF
THE ENERGY -SAVING CONSERVATION FEATURES DEVICES, MATERIALS, AND COMPONENTS
INSTALLED IN THE BUILDING, AND INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THEM EFFICIENTLY, SUCH
FEATURES INCLUDE HEATING, COOLING, WATER HEATING, AND LIGHTING SYSTEMS, AS WELL
AS INSULATION, WEATHER STRIPPING WINDOW SHADES, AND THERMAL MASS MATERIALS,
THE INSTRUCTIONS SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH SPECIFICATIONS BUT FORTH BY THE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
6. STATEMENT OF SPECIAL INSPECTIONS. SPECIAL INSPECTION IS REQUIRED PER §1705 OF 2022
CBC FOR:
1) POST -INSTALLED MECHANICAL, AND ADHESIVE ANCHORS IN HARDENED CONCRETE MEMBERS
REQUIRE SPECIAL INSPECTION PER CORRESPONDING ICC-ES EVALUATION REPORT.
2)STRUCTURAL WOOD PER §1705.12.1 AND §1705.13.2 FOR NAILING, BOLTING, ANCHORING AND
OTHER FASTENING OF ELEMENTS OF THE MAIN WIND FORCE -RESISTING SYSTEM, SEISMIC
FORCE -RESISTING SYSTEM, INCLUDING WOOD SHEAR WALLS, WOOD DIAPHRAGMS, DRAG
STRUTS, BRACES, AND HOLD-DOWNS WHERE FASTENER SPACING OF SHEATHING LESS THAN
OR EQUAL 4 INCHES ON CENTER.
3) SOILS PER CBC §1705.6: SPECIAL INSPECTIONS AND TESTS OF EXISTING SITE SOIL CONDITIONS,
FILL PLACEMENT AND LOAD -BEARING REQUIREMENTS SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THIS SECTION AND TABLE 1705.6. THE APPROVED GEOTECHNICAL REPORT AND THE
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONALS SHALL
BE USED TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE.
ACCORDING TO THE 2022 ENERGY CODE SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL COMPLIANCE MANUAL, A COPY OF
THE COMPLETED, SIGNED, AND DATED CF2R MUST BE POSTED AT THE BUILDING SITE FOR REVIEW BY
THE ENFORCEMENT AGENCY IN CONJUNCTION WITH REQUESTS FOR FINAL INSPECTION FOR THE
BUILDING. COPIES OF THE REGISTERED CF2R FORMS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE HOMEOWNER.
THE CERTIFICATE OF INSTALLATION (CF2R) IS SEPARATED INTO:
