PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application HC -51,227.2 - MEASUREX CORPORATION requesting approval of
modification of landscaping for Parcel 3 for an industrial complex located
at the northeast intersection of McClellan Road and Bubb Road.
2. Application HC -51,259.811 - CALIFORNIA CANADIAN BANK requesting exception
to Section 7.23 of the Sign Ordinance to allow three (3) signs to be located
on one building for a commercial bank in the Portal Plaza Shopping Center
located at the northeast corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Portal
Avenue.
3. Application HC -51,339.2 - AD -ART, INC. (Terranomics) requesting exception
to Section 6.042 of the Sign Ordinance to allow two (2) ground signs to be
located on one parcel for a commercial development located on the east side
of Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road approximately 130 feet south of Silverado Avenue.
