WHEREAs, it is unlaWful for anyone in the City of CUpertino to erect a
sign other than permitted by CUpertino M.uú.cipal Code Sections 17.12.010
through 17.12.020; am
WHEREAs, there are located at 10002 N. DeAnza BouleVard, Texaco
Gas/Quality 'IUne Up, numerous signs that were erected without a permit;
am
WHEREAs, as proviàec1 by Ordinance No, 794, the City Cow1cil shall hold
a public hearin;¡ to detexmine whether or not said con:iition constitutes a
public nuisance am, if said determination is made, the City Cow1cil shall
require abatement of said public nuisance by I'eIrOVal of the signs;
NOW, 'IHEREFaRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Cow1cil of the city of
CUpertino does, upon adoption of this resolution, establish the date of
April 20, 1987, 6:45 p.m., as the time am 10500 N. DeAnza Boulevard,
CUpertino, CalifOInia as the place Wherein public testimny will be taken
relative to the determination as to whether or not a public nuisance
exists am if so determined, What type of abatement is necessaJ:y.
PASSED AND, ADOP1'ED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of CUpertino this 16th day of March, 1987 by the following vote:
