PROPERTY OWNER: Barnhart Construction Company APPLICANT: McKi nn€ey Sign Masters ADDRESS= 941 McGlincy Lane, Campbell, 9008 PROPERTY LOCATION: Southwest quadrant of Valley Green Drive and North De Anza Boulevard FINDING: Architectural t . t and Site Approval. Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1) That the proposed freestanding sign, as modified by Conditions contained in this Resolution conforms with the provisions for freestanding signs in commercial developments as provided in Ordinance No„ 746. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7 Architectural and Site Approval �� Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditons enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exists the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit A€ except as may be amended by conditions contained herein= 9. The sign face is depicted on Exhibit A shall be reduced in€ size Dc 4 ft. in height by 6 ft= in length; the "Rancho De Anza" and minor tenant name panels may be eliminated. 1 o a The sign supporting structure shall be reconfigured to include a brick ?+ support base and wood pp or brick trim surrounding the sign cabinet. Informal approval of the redesigned sign structure shall bethe C granted by i-IGA,_ prior to issuance of Sign Permits.
