RESOLUTION NO 1081
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTION GN APPROVING THE GROUND
SIGN PORTION OF A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM
FOR A€N EXISTING MULTI -TENANT COMMERCIAL CENTER.

FINDING:
Architectural t . t and Site Approval. Committee finds as follows
with respect to this application:
1) That the proposed freestanding sign, as modified by
Conditions contained in this Resolution conforms with
the provisions for freestanding signs in commercial
developments as provided in Ordinance No„ 746.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7 Architectural and Site Approval �� Standard Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special
conditons enumerated herein. In the event a conflict
does exists the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
8. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit A€
except as may be amended by conditions contained herein=
9. The sign face is depicted on Exhibit A shall be reduced
in€ size Dc
4 ft. in height by 6 ft= in length; the
"Rancho De Anza" and minor tenant name panels may be
eliminated.

prior to issuance of Sign Permits.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of Decem€ber, 1983, at a regular
meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the
City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll. call
