Homestead Center Roads) FINDINGS: Company Cupertino, California Homestead and Stelling The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed sign criteria is consistent with the intent of Planned Development Sign Programs as specified in Section 6.07 o -f Ordinance No. 746. CONDITIONS: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits F-1 g of this application except as may be amended by conditions contained herein. 7. Overall height of the freestanding sign shall be reduced to 7 ft. to approximate pedestrian scale, eye -level visibility.
