PROPERTY OWNER: Jenn Chiu APPLICANT: Jenn Chiu ADDRESS: 10725 North De Anza Boulevard, Cupertino, CA 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 10725 North De Ana Boulevard, Cupertino, CA 95014 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1) That the proposed building graphics are consistent with the provisions of Ordinance No. 746 regarding Planned Development Sign Programs. 2) That the proposed pebble sculpture in the parkway is consistent with Policy 3.1.2 of the Landscaping Guidelines for the North De Anza Boulevard Conceptual Plan. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. Recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits C-1 and F-1 of Application HC -51,333.12 except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 9. The pebble lawn structure shall be engineered to securely fasten individual pieces to the ground and shall not interfere with operation of lawn maintenance equipment. 10. Background color of the refaced ground sign shall be Burgundy similar to the building trim color, with white copy.
