RESOLUTION NO. 1073
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR A THREE-STORY
OFFICE CENTER WITHIN THE TOWN CENTER PLANNING
AREA.
PROPERTY OWNER: Lincoln Property Company
APPLICANT: Design & Engineering Systems, Inc.
ADDRESS: 39277 Liberty Avenue, Suite "O", Fremont, California 94538
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of Torre Avenue and Rodrigues Avenue
FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1) That the proposed Sign Program is consistent with the criteria specified
in Ordinance No. 746 for office uses within a Planned Development Zoning
District.
CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
8. ThaL L1 dation of approval is based on Exhibits C-1, F -1, F-2
and F-3 of this application except as may be amended by conditions
contained herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of October, 1983, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Committee Members Morrison, Nobel and Vice -Chairman Miller
NAYS: None
ABSTAIN: Chairman Higdon
ABSENT: Committee Member Rooker
