OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DENYING A REQUEST TO
AMEND THE SIGN PROGRAM APPROVED UNDER ASAC
RESOLUTION NO. 832 TO ALLOW USE OF ILLUMINATED
WALL SIGNS.

FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1) That the proposed illuminated wall signs are not necessary to the
convenience of the public in locating tenant entries; adequate identi-
fication of tenant entries is already provided in Condition 10 of
Resolution No. 832.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October, 1983, at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Members Miller, Morrison and Chairman Higdon
NAYS: Member Nobel
ABSTAIN: None
