PROPERTY OWNER: Vallco Park Ltd. (Duke of Edinburgh) APPLICANT: Vallco Park Ltd. ADDRESS: P.O. Drawer V, Cupertino, California 95015 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: West side of Wolfe Road approximately 900 ft. south of Homestead Road (opposite Pruneridge Avenue) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDING: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1) That the proposed Sign Program elements are consistent with the provisions for commercial uses within a Planned Development zoning district described in Section 6.07 of Ordinance No. 746. CONDITIONS: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the -event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits F-1 and F-2 of this application except as may be amended by conditions contained herein. 9. Lighting specifications for all elements of the approved Sign Program shall be subject to staff review prior to installation to ensure adequate control of glare, per Section 7.07 of Ordinance No. 746. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- PASSED.
